Notes on the return of batteries according to §12 BatterieVO:
In connection with the distribution of batteries or rechargeable batteries or with the delivery of devices that contain batteries or rechargeable batteries, the ASISTA Teile fürs Rad GmbH & Co. KG is obliged to inform the user in accordance with the Battery Ordinance:
Batteries may not be disposed of with household rubbish. The user is legally obliged to return used batteries as end users. The user may return batteries free of charge after use at the point of sale or in the immediate vicinity thereof (eg in municipal collection points or in shops). The user also has the option to return batteries by post. The user can contact his installation company for return.
Batteries that contain harmful substances are marked with a crossed-out wheelie bin symbol. Near the wheelie bin symbol is the chemical name of the pollutant.
Explanation: Cd stands for cadmium, Pb for lead and Hg for mercury.
